It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.

Zero lag time in legal documents or any documents that require redlining, editing, etc.

What do you like best?
I usually dont like to take time to review but this one is warranted and a long time coming. What I like best is how many hours it has saved us. We subscribe to several tools and PDFFiller is one of them that we use on a daily basis at the office. I cannot tell you how much time this has saved us especially while submitting proposals. We also love the fact that it has an inbuilt ability to send out e-signature similar to docusign so we do not have to subscribe to a separate service for that. If there is one tool that has given us a 100x return on our investment that is PDFFiller. I am also thankful to the PDFFiller team as they keep on innovating and adding new features.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. Like I said above, this tool as delivered massive value to our company.

Avoids us having to scan docs

Can you fax from PDF?
You can send faxes from your computer as long as you have an Internet connection and a fax modem. Most computer users can view Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Prior to sending a PDF to a fax machine with Windows Fax, you should make sure the program is configured and ready to use.
How do I fax a PDF from my computer?
Login to your FAX. Go to the Send Fax section. In the To field, enter the recipient's fax number(s) Click on the Add File button to attach the documents you wish to fax from computer. Click on the Send button and your fax will be transmitted immediately.
