So far, this product is meeting our needs better than competing products at a fraction of the cost. The biggest downside is that most of our forms are already fillable PDFs and your product does not recognize any of the fields set up, and will also not detect fields the way that Adobe Acrobat does.

My need for a Blumberg standard lease was satisfied, however the number of typographical errors in the form were surprising and correcting them caused a change in the font!! Very frustrating!

Provided ease by timely consistence and effortless interface in preparing & modifying quality forms.
Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification.
From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.

Highly will recommend to others. Easy to use, and I just enjoy the fact that I can edit the text box to where I want to put it and being able to change the size of the box. There are ,of course, more features, but this is feature by far has been the one I been using the most.

What do you like best?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

How do you break footnotes across pages?
Re: allowing footnotes to break across lines Insert a footnote reference high on the page and enter some text for the note. Then go low on the page, insert another footnote reference, and enter some very long text for the note.
Why is my footnote on the next page?
Because the text where the footnote occurs is so far down on the page that if Word made room at the bottom for the footnote text, it would force the paragraph with the footnote to the next page. To fix this, you have to move your text around so the footnote occurs further up on the page, or on the next page.
Should Footnotes be on the same page?
Keeping the start of a footnote on the same page as its reference. ... If you have a footnote reference in the very last line of a page, there will not be room for an extra footnote, and both reference and note will have to be carried to the next page.
How do you put a footnote on only one page?
Click the “Insert” tab on the Ribbon. Click the “Footer” button; on the drop-down menu, click “Edit Footer.”
How do you footnote in pages?
Click in the text where you want to insert the symbol for a footnote or an end note.
Click in the toolbar, then choose Footnote. The symbol is inserted in the text, and the insertion point moves to the footnote text field at the bottom of the page.
