So surprised and happy to find this VA… So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. Open Microsoft Word. Select “File” and then “Open.” Navigate to the merged document and double-click the file name to open it in Microsoft Word. Locate the point in the document that you want to split into a new document. Highlight all the text that you want removed and click the “Ctrl-X” keys.
Once you create a document in Microsoft Word, you can split it into separate documents within the Word file. These are called subdocuments. It is even possible to split one subdocument into multiple subdocuments.
In the Split Document dialog, choose a folder to place the documents, and select the one type you want to split by from Split by drop-down list. 3. Click OK. Then the folder will be opened automatically after splitting.
Select a location to save the split documents; Select Page from the Split by drop-down list; Click OK to start. See screenshot:
Highlight the text you wish to split into columns. Select the Page Layout tab. Choose Columns then select the type of columns you wish to apply. One. Two. Three. Left. Right.
How to save current or each page as separate Word document? If there are multiple pages in your Word document, now, you just need to save only one current page as a new Word file. Normally, you can copy and paste the current page data to a new Word file and then save it.
Select a location to save the split documents; Select Page from the Split by drop-down list; Click OK to start. See screenshot:
Open the document that you want to convert, then tap the More button. Tap Export. Choose a format for your document. If you chose PUB, set any additional options.
Press Alt + F11 keys together to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Application window; Click Insert > Module, and then paste below VBA code into the new opening Module window. VBA: Split Document into Multiple Documents by Page in Word. Then click Run button or press F5 key to apply the VBA.
