PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I really enjoy PDF filler. It is way more user friendly than Adobe Pro and it is so convenient for it to be a website that I can access from anywhere. Who ever created this is a genius!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

Very good. need a merge pdf button and convert from jpg to pdf like the Company SMALLPDF.COM I USE BOTH.. yours and theres to do my work, you have the best type and sign function, and they don't ... thats the only thing they are missing.

The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.

Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.

It took me awhile to understand how to work this software but once I got my file downloaded it was great and saved me a lot of time not having to retype each form

Good for quick edits and Esigs
PDF filler has helped me edit pdf's for clients, some clients want quick edits, and this program makes it very easy to do so.
I like that it is quick, simple, and functional. When you draft up a pdf to be E-signed and edited you can't ask for much more.
There's honestly not too much to dislike, they could use a UI overhaul as it feels outdated, I wish that it was free to use.

Is it better to lease for 36 or 48 months?
Most manufacturers have a 24-, 36-, 39- and 48-month lease. Mileage and time determine what the residual value is for the vehicle. Generally speaking, the 36 and 39-month lease will offer the best residual value. Some vehicles will actually lease better than others because they hold their initial value better.
Is a 48-month lease a good idea?
But, if you choose a 48-month lease you will have a driving a mileage allowance of 48,000 to 60,000 miles. While there are a couple of advantages to a longer term car lease, it's not always a good idea. In fact, the potential dangers usually outweigh the advantages that using a longer car lease may offer.
Why is lease 39 months not 36?
A 39-month lease based on the 36-month residual value of the car will give you lower payments, but you'll pay more overall. And you might be driving for three months without a factory warranty, so a major breakdown could cost you big time in repairs. That means you pay more for this type of deal.

The biggest benefit of leasing a car rather than buying is that you can usually get more car for your money by leasing. A lease involves paying the depreciation on the car rather than the entire purchase price. Leasing also benefits drivers who don't have much money saved up for a down payment.

An excellent residual would be 55%-65% of MSRP. The third factor that is important in a lease deal is MONEY FACTOR. Money factor is an expression of the finance rate, similar to interest rate in a loan. The lower the money factor, the lower the lease payment, and the better the deal.
Can you negotiate the residual value at the end of a lease?
In fact, every lease where buyout is available will specifically include the residual value of the vehicle. But you typically can't negotiate it like you can with other lease terms (although you can try). So less depreciation (or higher residual value) can mean lower monthly payments over the lease term.
