It is very useful and a lifesaver when on the go and a document(s) needs completed and signing. It is less time consuming and saves paper as you do not need to print and complete/sign documents.

I have tried a few other cloud based… I have tried a few other cloud based PDF Editors and PDFFiller is the most powerful and easiest to use. Their support has also been great when I had a billing question/issue.

What do you like best? I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently. What do you dislike? The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified. Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!
