ease of use could be a little better The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back. It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

To become a general contractor, you need at least a high school diploma, but there is an increase in a need for a bachelor's degree or at least an associate degree, plus years of construction industry experience. Regardless of education though, experience in the industry is the most important requirement.
Some general contractors lean on their work experience to gather the necessary skills and know-how to become licensed, or they will work through a trade school or association to complete an apprenticeship. In these cases, becoming a general contractor takes anywhere from three to five years.
Getting a Contractor's license in California without any experience is not impossible, but it can be ethically questionable. A Contractor License is issued to a tradesman who has proven a certain level of experience and expertise.
Get Licensed. The first thing you have to do is get your contractor's license. Secure Surety Bonds. Know Your Industry Regulations. Be on Top of Your OSHA Certification. Hire Labor. Take Advantage of Construction Management Software.
