Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Pdf filler is very easy to set up and use. The monthly fee is at a low cost. Using this service makes completing and sharing electronic documents simple and efficient.
It is not free but is a very good value. You can try it for free to see how the program works but if you chose to use it, you will pay a small fee before you can print or send a completed document. Some pdf files are not compatible or are difficult to get the text exactly where I want it.

How long is an affidavit valid for in South Africa?
How long does an Affidavit last? The Affidavit may not be older than three months, dating from the start date of travel i.e. when presented. (On some pages on the DHA's website it says four months and in 2017 this was changed to six months.)

In general, it is possible for two people to sign an affidavit if they are both named in it and are swearing to the same set of facts. However, cases can differ and the specific details may determine whether two people can and should sign one.

You may notarize the signature of one person appearing before you and then the second person can appear before a Notary in their city/state and have their signature notarized. Each Notary will complete notarial wording for the person appearing before them.
