I needed to type on an older document and this program seemed like a good choice. Also, since I can pay month to month I can stop when I am finished with the paperwork and that was a nice option.

That for some semi-governmental organizations they will only accept a document if Adobe PDF is used and PDF Filler isn't acceptable

It's easy to work with. Wish there was a "clear all" button so that I wouldn't have to close and open back up to start a new form, but overall, great product

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

I am very satisfied with only being signed in for a hour. Easy to navigate through and the pop-up suggestion are very helpful information on how to work the site.

I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.

What if you lie in an affidavit?
The word 'affidavit' refers to a document that you sign under oath, verifying that the information provided is true. You then file it with the court. If you intentionally lie on an affidavit, the lie can be considered perjury, which is a serious crime.
What happens if you lie on a legal document?
Lying on a legal document, or in a courtroom, with prior knowledge thereof, is perjury, and to commit perjury IS a felony. You can be fined, or sent to prison, or both, depending on the type of matter and the extent to which you perjured yourself.
Can you get in trouble for lying on court papers?
Lying under oath disrupts the judicial process and is taken very seriously. Being convicted of perjury can result in serious consequences, including probation and fines. For federal perjury, a person can be convicted by up to five years in prison.
What are the penalty for lying on court documents?
A person convicted of perjury under federal law may face up to five years in prison and fines. The punishment for perjury under state law varies from state to state, but perjury is a felony and carries a possible prison sentence of at least one year, plus fines and probation.
What happens if you lie on the stand?
Lying under oath, or, perjury, is a federal crime. Although the civil court has limited power to punish your spouse for perjury, the judge can forward the case to the prosecutor for criminal enforcement. Punishment for committing perjury could result in probation, fines, or a prison sentence up to 5 years.
Can you sue someone for perjury?
Answer: No. An individual who is convicted based on false testimony cannot sue the lying witness for civil (or money) damages. A witness who intentionally lies under oath has committed perjury and could be convicted of that crime.
Can you go to jail for lying in a deposition?
Yes. Lying under oath may be charged as perjury. The lie must be about a material fact, and be proven to be a lie. Perjury is rarely prosecuted, but you question is “can” someone goes to jail, and the short answer is yes.
What happens if you lie in deposition?
In theory, if you lie under oath you could be prosecuted for perjury, which is a crime. The reality is that perjury charges for lying at a deposition are pretty rare. Still, one would hope that the possibility of a serious criminal charge would be enough to dissuade a witness from testing those odds.
