It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I love the features of the pdfFiller, however, I gave it a 4 rating because you couldn't precisely place the fillable icon EXACTLY where you wanted, like you can in Canva. I had to go back and correct my Canva templates to accommodate the PRECISE application. (They were circular designs, not traditional checkboxes.) If I had this option, I would have given it 5 stars.
However, when I do place my fillable icon in the precise spot on the first "checkbox" it does keep all the other checkboxes in a straight line down the document, and then on the next page it can be re-adjusted again.
So far, I am very happy with the pdfFiller and its features. I have plenty more applications to use it with in the future. SO-- I would give the program a 4.5.

What do you like best?
The most helpful thing about pdfFiller is that I can take a pdf document and add text or highlight text effortlessly. It is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing to complain about with pdfFiller by airSlate. It saves me so much time there is literally nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller by airSlate is solving problems when I needed to make changes to a pdf document and it was so hard to do without it looking jumbled until I found pdfFiller. It has saved me so much time and my documents come out looking so much cleaner and professional.

LOVE it!
Everything thing in this app is easily navigated, you are able to save documents to revise later. A big pro for me is when you send a PDF, say as soon as you hit send, you are like "oh my goodness I forget a important part"
You can go into that sent email and revise or add on. As long as the recipient has not opened it yet.
Im not fond of the code to open the PDF you have sent, expires for them. I'm still rather new to this so I plan on leaving another review once I figure out ALL the kinks of the app

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

When should a contract be dated?
The contract date is usually written onto the front cover and the first page of the contract (although there is no legal requirement to do so). Generally this is the date that the last party signed the contract.
Do legal documents need to be dated?
A document usually becomes effective the day all signatories sign it. If they sign on different days, the document becomes effective on the day the last signatory signs. You cannot postdate or predate signatures on legal contracts. Occasionally, a contract will specify a date by which it requires signatures.
Do signatures need to be dated?
Yes, for the most part. Certain documents require signatures within a certain amount of time to be valid. If a signature doesn't have a date, it is harder to prove that the document was signed within the allotted time frame. Other specific documents require a date to be considered valid, like a will.
Is a contract legally binding if not dated?
Legally, a date is not required. If there is an expected timeline, but a listed date is not on the contract, it is not considered enforceable. If the contract is undated but is marked as “for consideration,” it is still valid. “For consideration” shows that each party has something to offer the other.
How long is a signed document valid for?
A contract would normally end when the terms of the contract are completed. A document does not expire when the notary commission expires or if the notary dies. If it was notarized while the notary was in good standing, the notarization is valid.
Is it OK to backdate a contract?
Backdating is the practice of marking a check, contract, or other legally binding agreement, with a date that is prior to the current date. Backdating is usually not allowed and even can be illegal or fraudulent in some situations.
Is it illegal to backdate a document UK?

Can you backdate invoices?
In some cases, backdating is pure fabrication. It is improper, of course, to date a document on one date, but the event occurred on a different, later date. The backdating of invoices to make it appear that revenue occurred in an earlier period on a company's financial statements.
