I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Simply put, PDFFILLER has made my life a whole lot 'simpler'. I am no longer buried up to my eyeballs in paperwork (just up to my knees now! ha!) Since i began using PDFfiller, my desk is now, finally, Organized! Before PDFfiller - you couldnt even see the glass top on my computer desk., but now, since using PDFfiller, you can actually see every square inch of my desk! there isnt a single piece of paper 'waiting to be scanned', or filled out, so on and so forth. Which obviously has a huge impact on my ability to stay on track and stay focused! Needless to say I absolutely LOVE pdffiller! NO REGRETS!

What do you like best?
Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

We directly not on those forms in our proposals during renewal negotiations so the client has specifically seen and reviewed how the coverage impacts their insurance needs.

This was a great program
This was a great program. I just don't use it enough to justify paying annually. I wish there was a charge per file option.

A feature that is critical to my business broke on Friday. I was able to interface and get updates about the fix over the entire weekend and had the problem solved by the dev team before Monday morning. Awesome teamwork from the folks at PDFiller from end to end. Highly recommend.

Like most of the features, I would like it if I could make boundaries and then just fill in the inside of the shape that I make like the old-school paint application.

It is easy to use you can upload and send document for signatures.
It easy to edit and add information or make changes to any pdf documents.

No complaints very good software if any problems the PdfFiller team will send an email to fix it.
