One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. Oh, one more thing, I think more detailed instruction by some useful examples of how the features can benefit in everyday design of a fill-able forms would make it that much more useful.

This tool is AMAZING!!! I've wasted so much time over the years bringing images into Word and overlaying text boxes to accomplish what this tool does SO easily. Thank You! One suggestion: when I click on a document page on the left side of the screen, it would be great if that page opened roughly where I clicked. That is, if I click on the bottom of the page image on the left, it would be great if the page opened with the bottom showing, rather than having to scroll down to the bottom. This would make it the same as Acrobat.

tough start, but Sam saved the day! SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise. My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

When a letter is keyed by someone other than the author, the typist's initials are included at the bottom of the letter for reference purposes. Sometimes both the author's initials (in caps) and the typist's initials (in lowercase) are used.
Reference initials are placed on the bottom of the letter page, formatted to the left side. Unless there is an enclosure with your letter, the reference initials will be placed on the bottom most line of the page.
REFERENCE INITIALS Its easiest. If you are composing and typing the letter, omit reference initials. When using the typist's initials, use either upper or lower case (mid or MID) and when using both the writer's and typist's initials (mid/AHV or MID/AHV), follow the same format.
Reference initials are used as a way of recording who wrote signed and typed a document. These initials offer a way for businesses to investigate issues regarding letters that a company sent.
The subject line is usually placed between the salutation and the body of the letter (with a blank line in between).
Initials included at the bottom of a business letter are called typist's initials. Some companies require them so that they know who actually typed the letter versus who composed it, in order to determine who is responsible for typos, misspellings, and other mistakes that took place when the letter was produced.
Type the initials of the letter writer in capital letters, followed by a slash or colon. Add the typist's initials in lowercase letters. For example, if the letter writer's name is Andrew Benson, and the typist's name is Carrie Dale, the typist line should appear as follows: AB/CD, or AB:CD.
