Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type.
What do you dislike?
Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well.
What do you dislike?
I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

How do I save a PDF with comments showing?
Choose File > Export. Select “PDF” from the File Format popup, select the “With Embedded Notes” option, choose a location to save the PDF to, and press OK.
How do I see all my sticky notes?
As long as your favorite devices are signed in to the same Microsoft account, your sticky notes stay synced up so that you can see the same notes, everywhere: Windows 10 To view your sticky notes on Windows 10, click or tap the Start button, and type “Sticky Notes”. Sticky Notes will open where you left them.
Where did all my sticky notes go?
Windows stores your sticky notes in a special app data folder, which is probably C:\\Users\\logon\\Appear\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Sticky Notes with logon being the name with which you log onto your PC. You'll find only one file in that folder, StickyNotes. Snt, which contains all your notes.
How do I find Microsoft sticky notes?
