I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. So far I have only used it to print the current W2 forms for my employees but it has been really convient. I like the numerous ways you can fill our forms and love the signature features. So far, so good.

First time using PDFfiller directions not simple enough for me took me 30 minutes to figure out how to modify some spelling I ask for help no immediate response 3 hours late turn in paper missed spelled

A Great Source for Reference
As soon as I came across PDFFiller I immediately subscribed. Any time I need to make a fake document for a Movie or TV show I go right to the site and look up what I'm trying to mimic. 9 times out of 10 I find what I need.
I love PDFfiller because it provides me with a wealth of real life uploaded document references for any design I may be trying to mimic.
The search feature could be a little better.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

They have great customer service
They have great customer service. I got charged my yearly fee, which was a mistake, and when I notified them they quickly took action and reimbursed my money. Thank you. The items provided by you are great, but I do not use them all year.
