What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

It took me awhile to understand how to…
It took me awhile to understand how to work this software but once I got my file downloaded it was great and saved me a lot of time not having to retype each form

This is a great tool to expedite routine tasks like filling out forms
Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.
I haven't experienced any negative problems except sometimes I have had a problem saving my template.

How do I keep my contacts when switching SIM cards?
Export contacts to SIM Card Go to the Contacts option and press the Menu button. Then select Import/Export. Select the option from where you want to copy the Contacts like Phone Storage, Google Account etc. Then click Next.

First, make sure the SIM card from your previous phone fits into your new handset. Now you can transfer your contacts into your new phone using your old SIM. If you're transferring to a new Android phone, insert the old SIM and open Contacts, then Settings > Import/Export > Import from SIM card.
