some good some bad cause need to change size of pics as my constant contact only takes jpeg. can't use your address book as i don't use my mac mail use verizon so not friendly with this stuff makes it harder to use overall.

Select Tools > Address Book from the menu. Now choose File > Save As from the menu. Make sure CSV Files (*. Type “Contacts” under 'File name' Click Save.
Save and Backup Android Contacts as a CSV File In the contact management window, choose a contact category, like Phone. Then, choose contacts you want to export and click Export. In its drop-down menu, choose Export selected contacts to computer or Export all contacts to computer.
You can add email contacts in bulk to your Google account by importing them from a . CSV file (comma-separated value). Contact CSV files can be made from scratch or exported from your email client of choice. You can use a blank Gmail CSV file as a template to see the acceptable fields, then add your own contacts.
Open your file in your spreadsheet program. Click on File and choose Save As. Select where you'd like to save the file, then under Save as type, choose CSV (Comma delimited). Click Save. You may see a message that some features “might be lost if you save it as a CSV”.
From the menu bar, File Save As. Next to Format:, click the drop-down menu and select Comma Separated Values (CSV) Click Save Excel will say something like, This workbook contains features that will not work. Ignore that and click Continue. Quit Excel.
In your Excel spreadsheet, click File. Click Save As. Click Browse to choose where you want to save your file. Select “CSV” from the “Save as type” drop-down menu. Click Save.
