They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!!
The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!!

What do you like best?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.
What do you dislike?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

Can I cancel progressive leasing?
You can cancel your lease at any time. Our Customer Satisfaction Policy allows you to cancel your agreement within five calendar days of signature and receive a full refund by calling us at (877) 898-1970. Your agreement includes reinstatement rights that may allow you to get returned items back.
What happens if you don't pay Progressive lease?
If you can't pay the total lease balance off in 90 days, you may simply continue to make your scheduled lease payments until the end of your term. You may also pay the full balance of your lease off early at any time to save. Call us at (877) 898-1970 for more details.
Can progressive leasing repo?
Short Answer: Progressive Leasing can repossess your item(s) for nonpayment, but the company's in-house collections department will attempt to contact you multiple times before proceeding with repossession. The company is also willing to work with you and may be able to change or extend your payment schedule.
Can progressive leasing garnish wages?
Can Progressive Leasing Garnish My Wages? Yes, if Progressive Leasing has a judgment entered against you. If Progressive Leasing is currently garnishing your wages or threatening to do so, contact our office as soon as possible.
Can you have two progressive leasing accounts?
It is possible to have more than one lease at a time, but there may be a limit on the total number of active leases you can have. If you have any questions, give us a call.
How do I get approved for a progressive lease?
Begin your application in one of three ways. Online. To apply you will. Need: Once approved. Go shopping for leasable items at your store of choice. Review, sign and make your initial lease payment. An initial payment will be collected when you sign your lease. Checkout and take your items home.
How do you qualify for a progressive lease?
Proof that you are at least 18 years old. A valid Social Security Number or ITIN. Routing and account numbers for an open and active checking account. A credit or debit card.
