It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly.
The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

the two forms that I needed to fill out for Social Security,SSA-3368 and SSA-827 ,your system had the forms to fill out and to print up the filled out forms so I can fax the document to them. very easy to follow steps to make sure you fill out the form fully

so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.
