Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.
What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Need a dark background theme and to improve the highlighter color so that the text remains "clear" after highlighting! "Everything thing else is very good!"
Great service
Great service, easy interface. Honestly just great all around. Didn't have trouble cancelling subscription and made the edits I needed to in a short period of time with ease.
I've had a great experience using PDFfiller. This application has saved me an enormous amount of time and gas running back and forth to different agencies in town.
easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
