It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

One of the better document editing apps available
Allows you to go completely paperless. Create pdf files from Excel, Word, etc. Merge or split different files. Offers electronic signatures. Easy to operate. Can track if the document has been viewed.
The app does what it says it does but in order to use more advanced features and options, the cost can get expensive.

How do you correct a mistake on a legal document?
Draw line through entry (thin pen line). Make sure that the inaccurate information is still legible.

Can white-out be used on a legal document?
The use of liquid paper (a.k.a. white-out) invalidates legal documents. Land gate, the banks and the Office of State Revenue will reject documents that have been liquid-papered. Once liquid paper is used to correct a mistake on a contract, the document needs to be completely redone.
Can you use tippex on a legal document?
Absolutely. It is always “best practice” with Legal Documents to simply “line through” (but not obliterate/conceal) faulty text, re-write the correction in available space and initial BOTH changes. Even better if this is done in front of a Witness (not the religious kind).
What do you do if you make an error on the medication log?
