Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.

I have used the free trial twice. When I signed up for a $6 one month personal subscription I was billed $20USD. I have sent an email about this and hope to have it resolved.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
