I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.

A lot of money to make a pretty presentation for the Federal Government. I have no other purpose for this program as I am retired. The program worked well and I had no problems with it's use.

Very good tool to add editable fields…
Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

Free subscription is strong enough to support most pdf editing requirement. Happy to upgrade for pay subscription once need more powerful features.

What do you like best?
The customer service on this software is unreal and so fast. I like the link to fill feature in this software, use it all the time. It's helpful for all our contracts and HR needs during a lockdown.
What do you dislike?
Some of the features are prone to be misleading if you don't read through the how to documentation eg Send to Sign is not useful for everyone.

What is a strike out in legal terms?
If a case is 'struck out' it means the Court has dismissed it without a full hearing of all the evidence. Under Rule 3.4, the court can 'strike out' the whole or part of a 'statement of case' (a document which each side produces, setting out the summary of their legal arguments).
What does a strike mean in court?

It is often used in an attempt to have an entire cause of action removed (“stricken”) from the court record.
What is a strike felony?
A strike is a conviction in California for violent or serious felonies. A strike can also come about in the case where a defendant is convicted of a felony where there was great bodily injury (this may include a DUI where there was a substantial injury).
What does it mean to strike a hearing?
A stricken proceeding is one removed from the court calendar by a judicial officer and is not recorded on a calendar to take place at another date. A stricken or canceled proceeding is only an instance where a proceeding has been set for a specific date and is stricken or canceled before that hearing commences.
Can you get a strike removed from your record?
If you are charged with another crime in the future, the expunged conviction can still be used as a prior conviction to increase your sentence. If the expunged conviction was a strike, it will still count as a strike. An expungement does not erase your record. Instead, it's like a retroactive dismissal.
How long does a strike stay on your record?
Do not pick up any felonies as your exposure will double! Even with an “expungement” the strike will stay around forever for sentencing purposes should you ever get another felony.

A motion to strike is a request by one party in a United States trial requesting that the presiding judge order the removal of all or part of the opposing party's pleading to the court.
What does strike appearance mean?
It means that the attorney is notifying the court that he is no longer representing one of the parties.
