It was really easy to use the very first time I used it. It is also cloud based so if I need to use it on a different computer, all I have to do is log in on that computer.

All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the…
I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. It appears that you have a very successful business, with good reason. Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
