Easy to use, saves time Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, simple for beginners or working late hours, most documents are available in the library, folder organization, can add signatures all in one spot. PDF filler has a large library of documents, anyone can easily personalize templates, can prepare add signatures and finalize documents all in one step, saves time! It does not have version history. It automatically saves all changes, however comparing to old versions has to be done through downloaded pdfs

What do you like best? Easy to use! I don't do tech well, and this is easy! What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to easily add links that are active. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PDF FILLER gives me the ability to secure my documents and files that I share with clients. I use this to do my tenant leases Overall, I have to have access to a software program like this. Some landlords issue leases on ancient old pdfs that are hard to work with. This program allows me to alter, merge, and arrange these in a fairly intuitive way. It took a minute for me to be comfortable with the document storage setup that pdffiller uses, but I am happy with it bc I can access these documents from anywhere! I love the way you can just insert a text box, or erase. Wow its so nice to be able to do this with documents. I find merging to be hard. I had to get help early one Sunday morning from support. The support was there and ready to instruct me. It just wasn't intuitive. I might even have to ask how to do it again.

Generally, a real estate deed is recorded in the county where the property is located. In most counties, the recorder, clerk, or register of deeds is responsible for maintaining land records.
Locate the county where the property is located. Check the tax assessor's website to find the assessor's parcel number (APN) for the property. Go to the county recorder's website. Visit the county recorder's office in person if you cannot search online. Use the APN or owner's name to search. References (3)
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
Find out if the property or land is registered. Download a copy of the title register — you'll need this to find the property's title number and to see if HM Land Registry holds a copy of the deeds. Fill in the deeds request form.
Go to the Registry of Deeds website for the state and county where your mystery property is located. Perform a property search. Enter the street number and street address of the mystery property in the appropriate fields. Select the most recent deed on file.
In California, property deeds are in the County Recorders Office or Office of the Assessor-Recorder in the county in which the property is located. In some counties, if you request an older record, you may be redirected to yet another department that maintains archived records.
A property deed is a legal document that describes a parcel of real estate, including its location, boundaries, and current owner. Property ownership is a matter of public record, so you can get the ownership information for a home if you have the address.
The real estate deed must be signed by the seller and notarized. Also, some states require one or more individuals to sign the deed as witnesses. The buyer is not required to sign the deed. The seller's attorney is responsible for delivering the deed to the buyer, and the buyer must accept the deed.
