I like the site and the program. I do not appreciate being told of the cost until I had invested significant time filling it out. Not nice. Felt compelled to buy product - not fair. P.S. Even though I felt I had to buy it, I like it and have since used it multiple times.

I had problems with locating my saved forms due to setting up my account with the wrong email address and the support team was able to help me rectify the matter. thanks

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? I find it tedious that I cannot page or scroll down with my cursor on the document. I also like pdf filler apps used by realtors that let you initial and then step to the next blank to complete.

The only problem I have is, if I highlight a word or group of words and I want to take it off, it is very difficult to undo. I spent 2.5 hours last night trying to do just so.

I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.
