Great customer service
I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.

Easy to use, great price
Easy to use, fantastic tool for editing pdfs and drafting up invoices. I work from home and the interface is nice and easy and straightforward, especially when there's no one around to ask other than myself! A very reasonable price too. I'm very happy with the service provided here.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. Super good page and it works so well in the phone app as well! This is especially good if you have a Chromebook which you can't download Adobe on. I've filled in so many files without issues definitely recommend.

What do you like best?
I like that you can edit files, sign without sending through electronic envelopes and you can fax and email documents.
What do you dislike?
You cannot upload separate files and merge them into 1 pdf file within the program.

I highly recommend using this app for your document prep and signing. It is a one stop shop to get your pdf files edited and signed.
