When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.

Good for business
Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using
PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage.
Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

Great software
Excellent, the software is very easy to set up and use and gives me all the functions that I need to edit documents.
Ease of use. It allows us to edit documents easily and send them out to clients for signature.
Lack of choice of fonts. When you edit a document, the font is automatically changed, meaning you have to change the font throughout the document.

I tried adobe and a couple of other PDF editors and they all had problems with tax forms. pdfFiller was flawless.

IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I had an issue merging documents using my account. I submitted a help ticket and momentarily I was contacted by a representative who quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved! I will continue being a paid pdf-filler customer for years to come!
