PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

I am very happy with PDF filler. I have only used it for one document so far, but I have no complaints except for the pop up every time you open the form.

I own an online business. I am constantly needing to fill out PDF documents. PDFfiller is so easy to use and it eliminates printing, then manually filling out the form, then scanning. It has been a great software purchase for my business.

What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

Outstanding Online Support
I have used Pdffiller for the past 4 years to file tax returns for an investment group with over 40 members. I made an error when creating my template and when I went to print the 40 documents an erroneous number was appearing, the result of my error in creating the document. Fortunately Pdffiller has an online support staff. So many online companies require you to submit a ticket and then promise a 24 to 48 hour response time. Pdffiller offers that option but they have an outstanding online chat support. I had the benefit of working with Ryan and got access to him immediately upon opening up the online chat support. This was in the evening but Ryan thoroughly researched and tested my issue. Sadly the only option that appeared to be the answer was to create a new set of 40 documents which Ryan was willing to teach me how to create the docs in way that would avoid this error. When I expressed my issue with not having another 6 hours to re-create my work, Ryan persisted in finding a work around that was very creative and saved me from over six hours of new work!!! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! Thank you Pdffiller for not only a great product but an online support staff that truly cares about helping customers get the results they require!!

Very user friendly!
It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy.
I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

What do you like best?
I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

Can't find new documents very easily on the program

Can I get a refund for a gift voucher?
So, if the company that's sold you something goes bust before a voucher or gift card can be spent, you can still get a refund. If you've obtained vouchers through a third party, this might also give you some protection, although it's not guaranteed.
Can you return a game gift card?
GIFT CARDS & GAME REWARD POINTS If you paid in-store using a gift card, return the item to one of our GAME stores, and you'll be given a gift card with the relevant value.
Can you return a gift card?
Generally, you can't, but there are workarounds. You can go to the store where you got the gift card for. Purchase an item that would fulfill the gift card, and then, later, return the item for a refund. They may want to put the refund back on a card, but request cash.
Can you buy something with a gift card and return it for cash?
Return the Gift Card to the Issuing Retailer The retailer may exchange the card for cash, but at a discounted rate. For example, the issuer may refund 90% or less of the face value of the card. The issuer they refuse to accept a return of the gift card unless you have the purchase receipt.
Can you get a refund on a Visa gift card?
If your purchase was made with a Visa or MasterCard Gift Card, we recommend requesting a store credit refund unless you still have the original Gift Card in your possession. Refunds issued to Visa/MasterCard Gift Cards cannot be reversed or reclaimed if the card is no longer in your possession.

Can you receive a refund on a Visa gift card?
If your purchase was made with a Visa or MasterCard Gift Card, we recommend requesting a store credit refund unless you still have the original Gift Card in your possession. Contact us with your order number before the return is processed, and we can change your refund request to store credit.
