When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! To anyone reading this, DO NOT waste your time researching other apps, you will not find anything better then this one! Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

I have only been using it a short time but it has made filling out some of my forms so much easier. I no longer have to print, fill out, scan and save.

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. easy to use
easy to use, it would be good if you could copy text and paste it i might not have worked out how to do that yet if its there, and insert signature would be helpful, that might be there already but i couldnt find it otherwise its easy to use and easy to send documents

I am very impressed with PDF filler and its features. i am not the most computer literate person and i do have a bit of trouble navigating around the program so a demo of some kind would help me a lot if there is one that i can watch. I guess its just a case of playing around with it but there's probably loads of easy shortcuts that i could use if i knew about them .
