This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.

Very easy to use
Easy to create account and user friendly. I was able to go through and complete the form I needed. Save me a lot of time using this program.

What do you like best?
The ability to easily upload various documents and manipulate as needed.
What do you dislike?
The difficulty in emailing a document and getting a notification when the die is opened. Could it be less than using a PIN to access the document. Although the security is a nice factor.

Add a one-time use subscription
Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.
