editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.

So far, so good, I signed up for a subscription to do the 1099 forms, for my sons company. I will be filling them with the IRS thru this service also, so I will see how that goes.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

What do you like best?
I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.

It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

How does a recording contract work?
Recording contract. Call it what you want, but it all equates to a legally binding agreement between the artist and label. Under the deal, a label generally pays for making, distributing and marketing the recordings. The label also agrees to pay you a set share of money from recording sales known as the royalty rate.

Large labels pay about $0.50 to $0.55 per CD on orders of 100,000 or more. Labels that buy less than 10,000 CDs per year pay approximately $1.20 per CD.
