Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

I am , frankly, very pleasantly surprised that the site had access to seemingly very esoteric Probate forms from Virginia courts. The process was intuitive.

Very easy system to use and user… Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

Good. I used to use Docusign but they ruined everything by not allowing direct access to an existing account within email. It would be good if you could do that btw - when you preview a document in gmail you should be in the dropdown list of options for opening the doc and editing it.

Great customer support Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. AP Invoice Processing. AP invoice processing turns paper-based invoice processing into an organized, structured system. Invoices arriving by paper, fax, email, or FTP are quickly converted into the digital system, routed for approval, and readied for processing.
Vendor Invoice The supplier or vendor will send an invoice to the company that had received the goods and/or services on credit. When the invoice or bill is received, the customer will refer to it as a vendor invoice. Each vendor invoice is routed to accounts payable for processing.
Once the invoice has been approved and there have been no variances, the invoice is posted into the accounting system. From there, a voucher can be created and the payment can be issued. A manual invoice process can sometimes exceed 15 steps before the final posting is done.
