It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.

The PDFfiller service was very comprehensive and easy to use. I really appreciate the options for document delivery and would recommend this service to colleagues who could benefit from this service.

It does make my life quite a bit easier to edit PDF's. However, if there was an actual way of actually being able to edit the words already typed previous (rather than erasing lots and retyping and aligning) that would save me a lot more time! Am I missing it some where on here? Is there a way to just edit previously typed PDF's?

What do you like best?
Apart from basic editing features like edit, redact, email, share, fax, print , they have awesome features like Send to Sign, Link to Fill which makes working with your documents very easy.

Sometimes I get error while printing the document. But it seems a temporary glitch.

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.

Excellent customer service -- quick response time and great problem-solving ability. I found the PDFFiller app itself to be a little cumbersome to use. I'd hoped it would allow me to do what ***** does but for less money, but it was more like *********
