PDF Filler customer service is like it used to be when businesses actually cared if you did business with them, their 24 hour support guys are incredible, unfortunately I am always in such a hurry when I talk to them I X out the opportunity to give them a 5 star Kudos..."Thank you for hiring an amazing group of people which do a great job representing the integrity of your program, you have earned a customer for life", that's what I would say if I could slow down for a few minutes!

Really great product. So many of the forms I am sent would mean hours of unnecessary handwriting. With PDF Filler I am able to complete them in 1/2 the time. (The only negative is the learning curve, but once I learned how to maneuver around its great!)

What do you like best?
Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

The editor allows our office to clean up and mark up documents received in our office such as lease agreements or forms attached to a policy which either enhance or negatively impact the clients coverage from year to year. We directly not on those forms in our proposals during renewal negotiations so the client has specifically seen and reviewed how the coverage impacts their insurance needs.

Quick to respond to email.
Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
