Just concerned that e-mail was sent with form. I did not want to subscribe to PDFfiller as I was trying to ensure that a form for Strikenet had been sent and received. I did not authorize $119.88 USD to be charged to my Visa. What I did approve was $170.00 for a Strikenet report. First attempt at trying to submit form as Strikenet taken over my Weather Fusion. Would request a refund of $119.88 USD as I do not intend on using PDFfiller, or please inform me on how I can get a refund. Thank You.

it is ok. little pricey. when filling in the spaces on the schedule A and O, the spaces need to be like the main 990 form (not have to place the cursor for the text

Love the program. Its easier than what I am making it out to be .... therefore, it is somewhat hard to learn what to do (because so much is done for you!) :)

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

The only thing I do not like is the lining up if the changes.

I large amount of relevant templates, especially the collection of tax and business documents. Deed Requirements: Grantee(s) (Buyer-Party Receiving Title) names legibly printed in the body of the Deed. Names printed under Granters' signatures. Two witnesses, for each signature and the names of witnesses printed under witnesses' signatures. Complete Notary acknowledgment.
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
