A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

How do you transcribe a picture?
Run Microsoft OneNote. Go to Insert>Picture, import the image to OneNote. Right-click on the picture and choose Copy Text from Picture.
How do I transcribe a picture in a text?
Step 1: Create the PDF file from the image file. The first step after downloading and installing PDF element is to get your scanned image files converted to PDF. Step 2: Perform OCR on the converted file. Step 3: (Optional) — Make changes to the text-converted data. Step 4: Converting to a chosen output format.
How do I convert PNG to text?
Open a PNG. Drag and drop the PNG file to the program. Perform OCR for the PNG. Go to “Edit” tab and click the “OCR” button, select “Editable Text” option to perform OCR. Convert PNG to Text.
How do I convert text to an image in Google Docs?
