Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. It is convenient, ensures legibility and a professional appearance, and is easy to use. I have used it only for basic functions - i.e. filling in blank lines. I still need to explore what else it can do.

pdfFiller is exceptionally easy to use
So far it's a great software to use
Quality and secure application to allow those clients to sign documents.
Everything bad is always the cost to find a way to be more effective.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is an excellent product at a great price. The 5-user shareable version is only $15 a month. That is the total for all 5-=users. They also have exceptional support, though you rarely need it. It also gets new features often, such as an inexpensive library of 80,000+ legal and tax forms. Michael Block CPA mblock@blocktax.com
What do you dislike?
The fax option is $10 a month. It should be $5. However, a $3 third-party fax add-on works with it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We fill out many forms quickly, which would be very time-consuming.

They had exactly what I needed
They had exactly what I needed, it was easy to fill out, and I was able to use the free trial to complete what I needed. If I have to dig up any other documents or files I'll definitely come here first.
