I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! For me Im tech savvy, so I can quickly find my way around for the features that I need myself, however for others they may find it tedious to find the feature, maybe I feel that way because I went through google suites, I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating, however most people must complained that it was not free, which is not really a big issue, no software is totally free, they need to make money, so they will surely make some features available as trail, if you need more stuff then pay, 100%, I don't agree with the negative reviews., that's why I stuck around for the software.
I love this software, actually it is one particular feature that is EXTREMELY attractive for me, which is the ability to make a form that is 1) fillable, 2) electronically signable, 3) that can be available via a link, 4) that can be placed on a website, 5) and best of all accessible only by secure login. All these features are amazing.
Not so clear features however I'm tech savvy so I had no problem, others they may find it tedious to find needed features.
I was also disappointed at the extremely low rating.

Simplified accuracy !
pdfFiller simplified and shortened the length of time; when I needed to complete filling out pertinent documents.
My first experience with pdfFiller was when I had to do taxes. All the technical difficulties with filling out tax documents no longer existed.
There are no Cons to specify, except my fears that this app is a "too good to be true" app. If you knew that before this app came along, PDFs were untouchable and un-editable.

It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.
