Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

This program is easier to navigate than the Adobe PDF program. I have used it for many forms that are not fillable and it looks a million times better than my handwriting!!

I love this software and use it frequently.
Has a free trial, has many tools, easy to use and has template searching capabilities.
If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes.
