Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Had a technical issue where I couldn’t find my document. Somehow it disappeared. Contacted support via the chat and they were able to resolve the issue within minutes! Thank you so much for your help and for fixing the issue so quickly!

It's alright
I used it to complete a PDF, the only one that let me do it.
I could complete a PDF I needed but that was for a game of Dungeons and Dragons that was done online as recreation with fellow students.
I just tried the free trial and those things were kind of lacking but that's to be expected, nothing else though.

I loved this software and features
I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.

Quick to respond and follow through
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.
