I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.

great product, "home" and "end" keyboard keys slightly buggy
All is great except that when im typing in a text box and click the "home" or "end" key on my keyboard it sends me to the beginning/end of the entire document instead of the beginning/end of the text box itself.

How to Use the Type Text Form Feature in pdfFiller
The Type Text Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily fill out forms by typing directly onto them. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the form you want to fill out in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Type Text' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Move your cursor to the area on the form where you want to type.

Click once to activate the text box and start typing.

Adjust the font size, color, and alignment of your text using the options in the toolbar.

If you need to add more text, simply click on another area of the form and start typing again.

To save your changes, click on the 'Done' button in the top right corner of the page.

If you want to print the filled-out form, click on the 'Print' button in the toolbar.

You can also download the filled-out form as a PDF file by clicking on the 'Save As' button and selecting 'PDF'.
