Loving the tool. It would be great if you could add an eye dropper feature so that if I alter text or numbers that are over a color background I can erase the copy fill in the area with the original background color and then revise the copy over the background fill

I really like PDFfiller and it really easy to use. My only suggestion would be that you offer some way to delete or erase Fillable Names etc. that are saved if we choose. (i.e. Wrong spellings or no longer needed information.)

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great customer service guys.

Can a charitable donation be refunded?
Charitable gifts are generally not refundable.
How much can I donate without getting audited?
For any contribution of $250 or more (including contributions of cash or property), you must obtain and keep in your records a contemporaneous written acknowledgment from the qualified organization indicating the amount of the cash and a description of any property other than cash contributed.
Can you charge back a donation?
Donors can also request, via their credit card company, for a chargeback to be issued. Since both processes involve giving money back to the donor, they can often be confused.
How much does the IRS allow for charitable donations?
Charitable contributions must be claimed as itemized deductions on Schedule A of IRS Form 1040. The limit on charitable cash contributions is 60% of the taxpayer's adjusted gross income for tax years 2023 and 2024.
Can you undo a donation?
If your organization has no plans to use a donation for its designated purpose, you may choose to decline the gift. If your organization accepts a designated donation but later cancels the specified project or decides not to use the gift for its designated purpose, the donor may have a right to a refund.
Can you reverse a donation?
If your donation was specifically earmarked for a canceled project, the charity should contact you to offer a refund. You may also choose to allow the charity to keep your donation for another use. If you must ask for a donation back, try to make your refund as painless as possible.
