Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and response…
Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. My success is now at my finger tips and I'm able to create bullet proof contracts, forms, notices, and change orders with e-signatures at a drop of a dime!!! Thank you pdfFiller!!!!

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.

I lost an edited document due to my mistake of having two emails with you guys, your service agent support helper Anna was exceptionally patient and accommodating, fast, super reliable and helpful, I had given up in hopes of recovering the doc, and she made it possible, freaken legend she is

What do you like best?
All the functions have served me well but.the one I used the most is the fax option. I recently started using PDf fillable now that I'm completely online as it help for those clients that do not have access to printers, scanners or fax machines
What do you dislike?
That I can not save it as a template and upload it to my cloud service

What does NASA accredited mean?
The National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASA), founded in 1944, is an accrediting organization of colleges, schools and universities in the United States. The organization establishes standards for graduate and undergraduate degrees.
Is SCAD NASA accredited?
SCAD became accredited by SACS in 1983, after opening in 1979. While SCAD has never sought programmatic accreditation from the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASA), SCAD respects NASA standards and consults them in curriculum planning and in relation to establishing program outcomes.
What does Last Accreditation mean?
LAST Membership involves far more than a periodic accreditation review that includes self-study, an on-site visit, Commission action, and public notice of accredited institutional membership.
