With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I love that I am able to correct and hold prior to sending out my file for signature. I wish I could however have a authorization statement from the Calyx Point file to use more of there forms.

PDFfiller has made my drafting so much easier, since I can now easily convert a PDF to a document I can edit rather than having to recreate it from scratch.

The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.

The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.

Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

Definitely Useful
As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient.
PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

The go-to for creating useful PDF files
This software has become a go to for pretty much every PDF file I have to create. I have used it to create forms that our midsize business uses on a daily basis. I find it to be very user friendly and a quick and easy way to get what you need. It has positively affected our costs of printing and paper, and it's good not only for our budget but for the environment too!
Customer service is not the fastest and sometimes I have a question that needs to be resolved that day. I read online that it depends on the plan you have purchased and I don't think that is the best way to treat your customers.

It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
