I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. After discovering that TurboTax does not have a Mac version for business tax returns, I found PDFfiller and it is a great alternative. It is much more reasonable and includes all the forms needed to file my return.

It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

in a nutshell: sooooooooooo much better than adobe acrobat. i'm a new user, but this was just infinitely less frustrating (and i'm hoping less expensive) that dealing with adobe.

PDF Filler is great. I started with the free trial, then went to the pro, but now I've switched to Basic. I got this for signing contracts on buying and selling my home. Awesome!

Locating forms is a little…
Locating forms is a little slow/complicated. Also would like to be able to save information that will be repeated on other fillable forms.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.
