I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

PDF Filler Signature function is great
PDF Filler is pretty good, the ability to edit pdf's is always good but I have found the Signature copy function particularly useful over the standard PDF tools.

Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

It works. After dealing with another program for five years, that suddenly became dysfunctional as they upgraded, we are happy to have landed into your world.

I really appreciate how streamlined and easy it is to fill out tax docs! Makes it so much more hassle free. My only issue is that it's a 100% free service, as I wish this was something the IRS did a long time ago.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. REAL EASY TO USE, INTUITIVE, EASY TO FIND THE NEEDED OPTIONS.
ONE THING IT LACKS IS THE FEATURE TO COLUMISE THE TEXT. LIKE ALIGNING TO CENTER, LEFT, RIGHT. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE THE OPTION TO DO THAT. LIKE THE ONE MICROSOFT WORD HAS.
