I filled in IRS 990, Schedules A & O but didn't know I was using PDFfiller and when I tried to print I found I was locked out, so I had to subscribe and still have filled our forms that are locked out. Need timely hep in unlocking these documents. Since this experience and subscribing to PDFfiller (annual Suscrition) I have found it works very well. I contract for a Jazz club's 5 venues sites and have to fill out two cities' forms that I found easy to get using PDFfiller. I also became the treasurer of the Jazz Club again and had to bring out IRS 990s up to dat--non-profit. Again fond using PDFfiller to get fillable forms easy, better than going to IRI.gov.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

So easy to use

How do I update my Zip car license?
Log onto your Zipcar.com account. Navigate to My Account > Account Settings. Select Edit next to your license number. Update your license information, inputting the new temporary expiration date according to your state's policy.
How do I change my card on Zip car?
Click here to go to your account page. Scroll down to my payment information. Click edit next to your credit card. Fill out the form with your new card information and click update. You will now see your new credit card on your account.
Can I use Zip car before I get my zip card?
Unfortunately, you would need your Zip card before you're able to access a vehicle. They usually take up to 7 business days to arrive in the mail.
How do I change my Zip car email?
Updating Your Email. You can update the email address associated with your Zip car account on your account page. Next to the current email, select edit and input the new email address. You will be prompted to verify your identity via SMS or the original email on record.
Can you use Zip car without membership?
Other active Zip car members can drive your Zip car, but you must be in the car if you booked the trip. Non-members are strictly forbidden from driving your Zip car.
How do I renew my Zip car membership?
