This product is wonderful. I use it to complete certain forms for real estate transactions that have blanks which must be filled in. This product allows me to fill in the blanks and then print a nicely completed product. Before using this product I wrote in my hand the information for the blanks which was made a less than neat finished product.

Good Product, Great Service I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client. I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues A good product backed up by excellent customer experience! Where else do you get that!

Updates can be done online via the FMCSA online registration system with your US DOT PIN, or by filing an MCS-150 form. See below for more information on updating your US DOT number information.
Online: You can update your US DOT number company information on the Licensing and Insurance (L&I) website by filing an MCS-150 (Motor Carrier Identification Report). To update online you will need a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can apply for your PIN online.
Biennial updates can be completed online, by email, by mail, or by fax. Online: If your US DOT Number is active, you may update your registration online. Detailed instructions are attached to this FAQ. By fax: you can fax your signed form to 202-366-3477 or 606-330-3802.
If the second to last digit of your US DOT Number is Odd, you are required to file updates in every odd-numbered year. Thus, even numbers are required to be updated in every even-numbered year.
Online: Address changes can be requested via the Licensing & Insurance (L&I) system. By email: You can complete and sign the MCSA-5889 Motor Carrier Records Change Form and submit it by uploading it via our web form.
If you want to get an answer immediately, you can check the status of your DOT Number by calling 800-832-5660, which is the FMCSA Customer Service number. After answering a few questions, you should be able to get an updated status report. If you find that your US DOT is inactive, you can take steps to reactivate it.
Based on your Department of Transportation (DOT) number, you'll need to file your MCS form every 2 years. If the second to last digit of your DOT number is odd you'll file your MCS form in the odd years.
Biennial Updates Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires all entities under its jurisdiction to update their information every two years.
