It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Best value for this type of service hands-down. As a small business, the price-point is phenomenal! Highly recommend PDFfiller!!

Locating forms is a little slow/complicated. Also would like to be able to save information that will be repeated on other fillable forms.

Super easy to learn and use. Would love to learn how to create templates for budget, expenses etc. I used pdfFiller to change bank statements from pdf to csv . Thank you

What do you like best?
That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike?
Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily.

This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it!

1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!

How do I send a fax using VoIP?
If you want to continue using your old fax machine, and you want to connect it to your VoIP phone system, it's best to use a VoIP Gateway and an ATA (Analog Telephony Adapter) that supports T38. T38 is a protocol designed to allow fax to travel over a VoIP network.

How does FAX work on VoIP?

How do I set up VoIP fax?
G711 or a Non-Compressed Codec. Make sure that your VoIP fax connection (the line you use for faxing) is set to G711, which is a non-compressed codec. Slow the transmission speeds on the fax machine settings. Both the TX and Rx settings. Disable ECM (Error Correction Mode).
Can I use Voyage for a fax line?
Yes, you can send and receive occasional faxes on your Voyage voice line. Simply connect your phone line to your fax machine. However, voice lines are not optimized for fax service so, for frequent faxing, a dedicated fax line is highly recommended.
