The ability to create a document, upload a document, search and find document files, edit, and then fax or email to anyone anywhere right from the convenience of your laptop anywhere in the world. All documents created are saved in your account for return access, and activities (fax, email and receipts for delivery) are also recorded and saved.

So far I have not discovered something I do not like. I have uploaded, created, searched for online documents to use, and both faxed and e-mailed documents without an issue.

I love this app
I love this app, it makes sure to compensate for all the things which you would need to do for schoolwork. Personally though, I think it would make more sense to market it with ads rather than subscription. This is really useful for students who are homeschooled or aren't able to go to school and students usually don't have much in their pockets to pay for these kinds of things.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.

Those are vector files, resolution independent, will always look crisp on any screen, and are small in file size.
