On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

Easy to fill forms!
This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless.
Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about the same. When I got an email a month later stating I had been charged for the whole year I logged in and chatted with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am still awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

Such a great company
Such a great company. I will use PDFfiller in the future. My company overlooked our Subscription yearly fee which was our fault. I contacted PDFfiller support, Ryan, and explained our oversight. Without questioning he offered to refund our yearly Subscription, which he did, knowing we made a mistake. We received a confirmation refund email 2 minutes after Ryan connected with me. I will always do business with companies of integrity like PDFfiller. Well done
